When to Apply
You must apply before your current Student Visa expires. You can apply as soon as your university confirms course completion.
2Eligibility Protocol
Location
You must be physically in the UK when you apply.
Status
Must hold a valid Student / Tier 4 visa.
Academic
University must have notified Home Office of completion.
The "Completion" Trigger
You do not need to wait for your graduation ceremony or certificate. You can apply as soon as your university sends the "Successful Completion" notification to UKVI.
